@aulishongkong and @roganichongkong have both been recognised as ‘outstanding’ by @laliste1000 in their 2023 guide, announced this week. Congratulations to my fantastic Hong Kong team, it hasn’t been an easy few years but despite the challenges, we have achieved so much in our short few years in Causeway Bay. And with a Michelin green star under our belts, and some big steps taken towards becoming more sustainable, the seeds of the movement are growing and we’re at the forefront of some really exciting times.
