Finding comfort amid the discomfort of close quarters, Dexter Lopez @dextersparable (@parsonsmfaphoto ‘23) confronts the space his family has inhabited for the past two decades, creating surreal self portraits to tell a story of how this space has left impressions greater than just being a home. “From its messy corners and rusted cabinets, to its renovated walls, this space is where I feel most comfortable and at times the most lost and unease.
