NEW Single-Origin Coffee: ASUVIM šŸ‡¬šŸ‡¹ La Asociación Integral Unidos Para Vivir Mejor (ASUVIM) is made up of coffee farmers from three villages near Lake Atitlán in southwestern Guatemala. ASUVIM, which roughly translates to Integral Association for a Better Life, is made up of approximately 50 producers and has a strong focus on quality. You can taste the exceptional quality along with flavors of stone fruit and raisin. We have FOUR amazing Guatemalan coffees on our menu right now! These are the last Guatemalan lots from the 2021-2022 harvest before our producing partners begin harvesting next year’s coffee around December. We have tasted them through our internal staff cuppings and it’s been a fun experience to compare and contrast the flavors of them all. Who knew coffee grown less than 20 miles away from each other could taste so different? Try one that sounds like it might tickle your palate or make a fun activity of it and get them all for a cupping at home! You can shop them at the link in our bio šŸ”— Guatemalan coffee currently offered: San Miguel: Vanilla, cola, dried cherry Sipacapa: stone fruit, simple syrup, juicy Juana Escobar Gaspar: citrus, plum, golden raisin ASUVIM: stone fruit, raisin, syrupy Which one do you want to try?
