Mon: Legs / Abs / Cardio
Tues: Chest / Abs / Cardio
Wed: Back / Abs / Cardio
Thurs: Shoulders / Abs
Fri: Arms / Abs
Sat: Legs / Cardio
Sun: Rest
Next week you would start with Chest and do chest twice for that week. Keep cycling the muscle groups this way and changing up the exercises every workout.
You can do some form of cardio everyday if you would like to. The amount you do will always depend on whatever your current goals are.
