To me, comfort is more than just a physical feeling. It can be motivating for me. As someone who loves to run and workout, I always remind myself of where I am and where I want to be. There’s no use pushing my limits and being in pain, I will end up feeling lousy and demovitated. I rather focus on small wins each day to see progress. I love to run with a buddy — it gives me motivation and keep me accountable to my run and we can check on each other progress.
