Yuki Yamazaki, the founder of The Japanese Bitters/Liqueur, recently visited Bangkok and hosted a masterclass and guest shift on December 10th, 2025. The masterclass took place at REC Bangkok, where Yuki-san shared his expertise in spirits and bar techniques, recounting his journey and how he became the creator of his own products. Attendees were invited to sample his range of products along with offerings from sponsors like Sod Chaeng and Suntory. During the session, Yuki-san also demonstrated the preparation of four cocktails, served in elegant, locally sourced glassware from AMJ Glass. His guest shift was held at XIM Bangkok, featuring four signature cocktails: Ryukyu Siam Colada, Japanese Bitters Last Word, Honicha & Sesame, and Savoury Tea Martini.
