"Our generation spends a lot of our time on working to get ahead, and our time to ourselves is fragmented and interrupted. Sometimes music becomes like a nice-to-have - not the main event," says Zhang. "But there remains great music that can directly touch people's hearts and resonate universally. Or it can temporarily liberate people from the complexity of reality—I also hope that my music can have such power in the future."
