While, their regular-sized bagels are timeless – they’ve also recently become known for their gigantic Pizza Bagel! During my visit, I met up with Jesse Spellman, Co-Owner of Utopia Bagels to try their legendary menu item. Each monstrous bagel is made up of about 10 lbs of dough and includes tomato sauce, grated parm, mozz, and other toppings of your choice. I tried their regular option and pepperoni which were finished off with some extra virgin olive oil, more grated parm, and fresh basil. The final product weighs about 25 pounds and is honestly delicious. This is the perfect meal to share so go give it a try!
