That is the most basic way on how your plate can look like for either weight loss or weight maintenance. Overall, nutrition has of course more to it such as what type of carbs, veggies and proteins you eat, what your goals are and what your doctor suggests. Also, everyone is different and has different believes on what’s best. Saying that, taking this simple concept and applying it to your day to day will make life SO MUCH EASIER!!
