Cellar Series 2021 White Merlot
100% Merlot fermented at cold temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This wine offers beautiful cherry, strawberry and cranberry notes on the nose, with a soft mouthfeel and a clean crisp finish. The sweetness of this wine tempers the heat from the jalapenĢo making its fruit notes more apparent.

Cellar Series 2017 MeĢlange de Reves
55% Syrah, 25% Cinsaut, 12% Grenache, 8% Mourvedre. Aged in100% French oak barrels for 20 months. Soft silky red fruit is complemented by hints of dried cherry, black pepper and clove framed by polished tannins and a velvety finish. This duo works āas a frame,ā complementing the gamey flavors of the meat with dark fruits and noticeable tannins.
