As much as I absolutely loved coaching these beautiful models for a year, it’s time for me to focus more into my art as a graphic designer and continue my personal career as a model. I am no longer a part of Icon Model Group. Though I have personally branded, managed and coached the school, it is time for me to move on. I am grateful for the opportunity and for all the beautiful people I’ve met along the way. My students have absolutely FLOURISHED. I have some models who only joined 1-2 camps and have already walked for several runways, getting Paid gigs, and have featured in Vogue Mexico! I’m so proud of them and they know that they can always reach out to me. I always make it clear that though in the studio I am all about working hard and getting things done, outside of the studio I am someone that they can always go to. Even for personal reasons because when I was their age I’ve always wanted a mentor who helped me in and outside of the class and someone who genuinely cared for my success as much as I care for theirs. Whether my students decide to stay in the camp with their new teacher(s) or if they decide to leave, they will always be My models because I’ve trained them from not knowing how to walk in heels to being published in Vogue and signed into one of the top modeling agencies in California.
