Being named among the best new restaurants is an incredible honor for so many reasons...we’ll try and name a few. Our roots— The story of a Portuguese family bringing forgotten flavors and traditions to life. Our team—restaurant full of talented chefs, craftsmen, hospitality professionals. A team so talented any restaurant across the country would be lucky to have. Our ambition—Changing the long lasting restaurant model is no easy aspiration... but creating a place for chefs to finally be recognized, appreciated, and fairly compensated has been remarkably almost unimaginably rewarding. The world truly feels like it’s spinning off its axis from all the emotions of this nomination, but what we feel most of all is gratitude.
