Squash anyone? We have more squash left than we need to fulfill our winter orders and they are just taking up room in our garage. Squash and pumpkins will last 4-10 months after harvest. These beauties will easily last into the new year when stored on a shelf in a cool (10-15°C) location. Remember not to place them on concrete!
