Ranked 3rd place on Asia 50 Best Restaurants and 39th on Worlds 50 Best Restaurants, Florilège is considered not only one of the most exciting restaurants in Tokyo but also worldwide. Florilège means a collection of beautiful poems like flowers, and it’s helmed by Chef Hiroyasu Kawate, who works through intricate, French-inspired dishes with Japanese ingredients. Born into a culinary family in Tokyo, Chef Kawate always had his sights set on being a chef and went to France to train at Jardin des Sens. He opened Florilège in 2009 and won the One to Watch Award for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 after moving the restaurant to a new location. Chef Franco Sampogna and our team are proud to host Chef Hiroyasu, and his team for two exclusive collaboration dinners focused on Japanese ingredients on July 1st and July 2nd.
