Now that you have tomorrow's breakfast covered......😉 Sausage & Egg Breakfast Pretzel Rolls on the Blackstone! via @Josh Hunt Griddlin I started by setting the pretzel rolls on a warming rack over the griddle. This let them get nice and warm. I opened a pack of @parkersbarbecue Mild Breakfast Sausage Links and left them in the casing. Griddled them up on medium heat for about 10 minutes total, flipping every couple of minutes. Once the sausage was ready, I fried up a couple of eggs seasoned up with that Holy Cow! Added the sausages to the rolls and let them keep warm on the rack until the eggs were done. Added a little mozzarella cheese to help the eggs stay in place and added that fried dippy egg right on top. These were delicious! That Pretzilla roll was fantastic, with a nice bite to the outside and nice and fluffy inside. The Parker’s BBQ sausage may have been the tastiest breakfast sausage I’ve ever had. 🙌 You can just tell they are made from high quality ingredients and not manufactured in some giant food processing plant.
