Be Proud Have Purpose & challenge yourself 🫶🏼 My world isn’t easy to live in Infact I would never wish it upon anyone, the mental battles the strength it takes to keep going & the pain of losing my beautiful daughter cripples me every morning I open my eyes 🥹 This weekend I’ve decided to listen to my councillor come to a meditation 🧘‍♀️ retreat & learn how to be at peace with nature & clear my anxiety & stress levels. Learning to find yourself again after severe trauma is difficult you have to soul search explore & try different things. We change as humans and I am proud of the woman I’m becoming because of my daughter I will continue to help the children battling childhood cancer everyday! My pain is my purpose LETSGOCHAMP 🧡🧘‍♀️
