MY ONE YEAR TRANSFORMATION
And some of my wonderful client transformations
For my transformation - the photo on the left was taken in August of 2023 and the photo on the right was taken in October of 2024
Here’s the rundown :
👉🏼 Photo on the left - cortisol was ⬆️, strictly weight lifting, lack of control/focus on my mental
👉🏼 Photo on the right - cortisol is ⬇️, hybrid training approach, constant focus on mental
My eating habits are the exact same - I always prioritized my eating but this just goes to show that if you aren’t incorporating all areas of health and wellness into your regimen, the results will be just as limited 💭
So WHAT DID I DO - I’m sure you’re wondering :
👉🏼 Prioritized my mental!
— Hot yoga saved me and got me on my feet - constant meditation and prayer continuously saves me on the day to day
👉🏼 Started training hybrid!
— I will always weight lift, I think it’s so important but I think it’s even more important to not ONLY weight lift - your body is meant to move in more ways than one
👉🏼 Got more active!
— Started spending more time outside, on the turf, hiking, taking Arthur on walks, waking up earlier, I forced my body to do things instead of letting my busy schedule force me into my couch
Optimize your time in the gym and in your workouts in general - movement is one tiny piece of the puzzle. If you limit what you take care of, you limit the progress you are able to make 🫶🏼
