I’ve been going to Manuela for quite some time now both brunch and dinner and I have to say as much as I love their dinner, their brunch is amazing! If you stop by, make sure to grab the biscuits because they are so fluffy and flaky and perfectly seasoned! Even though they sell the beignets as an appetizer, they are the perfect dessert food! The beignets were so fluffy and savory but the powdered sugar where they had put a genourus coat of might I add, made it sweet and savory! The Persian cucumber salad was my personal favorite because it was light, crunchy, and honestly refreshing. The green chilaquiles were minty and also was refreshing and not heavy! Overall, if you have been to Manuela for dinner make sure to stop by brunch and if you haven’t been at all, stop by and thank my later!!
