Had the milestone of 18 years of sobriety a few weeks back. I’m thankful every day for Alcoholics Anonymous and my recovery from addiction. I’m there for anyone that is struggling and please reach out if you’re ever having a rough time...I do know how this feels and how hard it is to ask for help. Also while posting this I wanted to try and bring some awareness to the life saving NARCAN(flip to the next photo) that will knock someone out of an opiate overdose. It’s incredibly simple to use, legal and you can pretty much get it for free. We’re in an absolute addiction crisis and many of us have lost loved ones to fentanyl. It’s pretty much in everything these days and having Narcan and knowing how to use it(...again simple) increases their chances to survive. It’s been a wild ride the last 18 years...had so many amazing experiences and met so many fantastic friends. Thank you for my recovery and to my friend Tianna for gifting me her 18 year coin.
