What are you excited about when you get wake up in the morning? If you’re new here my name is Noelle and I’m a professional makeup artist. A title I’ve wanted since i was a little girl. I attempted to attend beauty school twice and both times personal things came up and I wasn’t able to. After my second time around also falling through I was so sad that I wasn’t pursuing my passion. One day I decided to stop being sad and to go buy as many things as I could afford to build a makeup “kit” and start practicing on all of my friends and family. I did this for a couple months to build up my new social media account. And that’s when I found several artists who inspired me from all over the world. I began dm-ing any artist that would talk to me- asking if they offered any type of education virtual or in person. I found a local artist who had a successful bridal team @joylovelessmua @tayleramua @ru.mua and took a few one-on-one lessons with her. I wish I could accurately describe the feeling of leaving my first official lesson but I know my words will fall short. It was like every ounce of doubt that had ever filled my body completely disintegrated as I left. I KNEW i could do it. Not because I was so good or so smart but bc there just wasn’t any way i was walking away from this. I began working alongside this incredible team and being mentored and it completely catapulted me in ways I didn’t even know where possible. Not only did my love for makeup continue to grow but my love for makeup education became my biggest career goal. Now I’m 2022 I am a professional makeup artist who is booked well into 2024, has her own beauty brand, works alongside the most talented artists in St. Louis, has over 70k of you following along on all social media platforms, gets to promote makeup brands she grew up wearing, and makes 6 times the amount of income she did previously.
