It is a 10 min drive to Gamcheon Culture village so I’d recommend grouping the two together in one day. - The seafood market can be overwhelming but I just think of it as pick 3 seafoods you want to eat, and just ask for those 3 and do half sashimi, half grilled when in doubt.
