Tough goodbye. A scrawny kid growing up, running fast was what I was good at - what I was most proud of. You learn quick in college that there are faster people out there. But track isn’t about beating others. It’s the athletic embodiment of continuous self improvement, and it was the hardest yet most rewarding thing I’ve done in my life. I love it and I’ll miss it. The biggest reward is the amazing people it’s brought into my life. Thank you track, thank you UNI, thank you God. It was a great ride. #gocats
