I made this cocktail in @chanthyyen’s friendly and local cocktail competition Bored, Rusty and Passionate @lesbijoux.mtl in Montreal! We had to pair 2 cocktails with a 3 course menu under the Cambodian theme @toukmtl. I have always found simple looking cocktails more flavourful than the eccentric peacock beverage where you wouldn’t be biased by the beautiful garnish one would have. With this one, I really wanted to put the emphasis on the flavourful, thirst quenching profile as well as low in alcohol. Perfect to cleanse your palate and open your appetite! ~ Pineapple Mon Sherry 🍍 ~ • 1.5 oz Manzanilla Sherry • 0.5 oz Vodka • 2 Dash Mount Fuji @bettersbitters • 2 oz Pineapple Green Tea Lemon Shrub Milk Punch • 1 Dash Saline Solution • Top with Sparkling Water • Garnish with Lemon zest Stirred and poured over ice in a collins then top with sparkling water.
