I was chatting with my talented chef homie @makebistro today and he inspired and encouraged me to try out a little quarantine project. I’m thinking about firing up the smoker and making some rib plates for socially distant but delicious delivery in the LA area. Haven’t figured out the details yet, but will try to make it around $15-20 a plate. Is this something folks would be interested in?
