The perfect early fall treat has arrived! šŸ Who else is racing to the kitchen to make these applešŸŽcinnamon muffins from @eatwithjenny? šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø Recipe below! •1/2 cup oat flour •1 scoop plant protein flavor of choice (we suggest vanilla or unsweetened) •1 scoop Orgain collagen •1/4 cup milk of choice •2 tsp butter or oil 2 tbsp sweetener or 1/2 banana •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1/2 tsp baking powder lots of cinnamon •pinch of salt ~ toppings: diced apple 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon Instructions: Dice apple, combine cinnamon sugar, blend ingredients together. Add batter to muffin tray, filling it 2/3 of the way. Top with apples and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
