Truly one of the highlights of 2021 was spending countless hours with my best friends making these miniature worlds for @amypoehlersmartgirls and @goldieblox I’m embarrassingly tardy at making a post about this project, but I can’t express my gratitude enough to the absolutely INCREDIBLE team I had on this dream job. There’s simply too much good BTS to post!! @sandyzip (San, the GOAT. You carried so much of this job on your shoulders [and generously, your garage] I am so grateful I could have you alongside me in the entire process from start to finish) @lizaminnelson (I truly don’t have words for how blessed we were to have you create Kitty’s Lair entirely from scratch, or should I say... from scraps. You blew us all away with what you made; a truly iconic set for a legendary character) @leggybean (Thank you for blessing those foam backdrops with your super-skilled scenic fingers and rolling with all of the craziness of construction and epoxy) @chelseamakes (I can’t believe how lucky I was to have your miniature EXPERTISE in creating the most beautifully detailed ✨tiny✨ props for these sets) @lac_9000 and @mindovermadison (man oh man, was I so blessed to have the two of you lead the puppet department, you both brought such beauty and care in to each of the characters and it SHOWED. Kitty is an absolute legend, I’ll be telling my grandchildren about her) @trashley.clone and @acutenoorosis (you were so down to roll with all of the crazy asks this job threw at us and I couldn’t have been more grateful for your assistance with everything along the road of creation) Thank you so much to Maggie and David and the whole team at Legendary and Amy Pohler’s Smart Girls for trusting me with your vision.
