Each gummy has a powerful immune blend that contains 250 mg of potent Vitamin C, 500 IU of Vitamin D, and 7.5 mg of Zinc per serving. I actually prefer gummies. I love the fact that these were gummies instead of pills. I’ve had a boost of energy since taking these and feel better than I have in a while. The only con I didn’t like about these was the flavor was awful!!
