Sorry ive been quiet on here guys I’m just trying to heal my trauma & that has apparently decreased my brain capacity & i’m currently less functional than before and keep losing stuff. Ironic bc i thought being mentally stable would help me be more functional, i’m hoping this inability to remember anything is just a part of the journey. Do i now just lose all my stuff instead of losing my mind all the time?
