Self Identity While Instagram can be a great way to self express, it can cause a lot of issues with self identity. Too much time thinking about other people’s lives or people’s thoughts can lead to a loss of self worth.. at the end of the day, our happiness should not come from being better than someone else, but becoming the best version of ourself.
