Jacob Rott is a German-born TikTok star who has taken the platform by storm in less than a year’s time. Rott is known for being a part of the content creator collective, “The Elevator Mansion,” @elevatormansion where he and four of his closest friends live together and travel all around the world creating content for their followers. We caught up with Rott on why TikTok is the most prominent platform in social media right now, collaborating with non-profits to diminish cyberbullying, the importance of achieving your dreams and his plans with the fashion industry and future goals. “From the very beginning, I had this feeling deep inside of me that it would all work out one day. The virality wasn’t a given from the beginning, but through familiarizing myself with the whole platform, I learned what was trendy, what people liked, and what they wanted to see.
