We all hear about protein but why is it so important , especially if you’re on a fat loss journey? 🤔
Did you know by upping your protein?
It helps to keep you fuller for longer and helps to reduce the hunger hormone meaning less snacking! 🥳
It helps preserve and rebuild muscle meaning if you’re eating at a calorie deficit, there’s less chance of muscle wastage and so it’s more fat you’re losing 🙌🏻
So when I’m cutting some body fat, it is really important to be stocked up on protein to make sure I’m keeping that high and my calories at my deficit ✅
