Breakfast: Tofu scramble with avocado + fruit, Earl grey tea
Lunch: Tofu (with taco seasoning) + veggies and lime
Afternoon pick-me-up: Dark chocolate
Pre-workout: PBJ
Dinner: Steamed purple cabbage, jasmine rice, beans/tomatoes/cilantro
Finished with electrolytes and creatine!
