We will definitely be having squash casserole with our holiday dinner this year! It’s so easy to make and tastes delicious. We get asked a lot about how to cook a pumpkin and it’s very easy... 1. Rinse the outside of your squash or pumpkin with running water to get rid of any dirt. 2. Cut it in half 3. Scrape out the seeds. (I love using a snap lid to scrape the inside, it works great!) 4. Place on a parchment lined rimed baking sheet 5. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 45 min until you can easily pierce the skin and flesh with a fork. 6. Flip them over and let cool 7. Once the halves are cool enough to handle, scrape the flesh out into a bowl 8. Purée using a hand blender until nice and smooth. 9. Turn it into your favorite sweet ir savory dish😊 What is your favorite pumpkin dish? We still have Acorn, Red Kuri squash, Kabocha and sugar pumpkins for sale.
