Tomorrow Colin and I have our longest run before we start to taper for our half marathon race. I’m glad it’s FINALLY started to cool down because I do not do well running in the heat. Luckily our race has an early 6a start time. I am not a morning person though so with the early wake-up calls, having a list like this has been a life saver.
