I recently went to Helms Bakery and I’ve been wanting to go since they have reopened! Luckily I went and to say I was amazed was an understatement. The interior was massive and there were stations that had bakery items, coffee, drinks, and so much more. Everything I had was amazing but I personally can’t recommend enough the Pork Belly Bahn Mi. The bread was perfectly toasted, the pork belly was super tender and a bit smoky, the pickled carrots and daikon made the sandwich sweet yet savory. I can honestly go on and on but definitely get this! So if you haven’t been, this is your sign and thank me later!
