Same movement - different weight & different amount of reps!
120 x back squat to get back into squatting deeper without heavy weight. Focusing on form and time under tension. Feels good! Since I achieved my 405lbs deadlift, it’s time to set a new goal for squats. Working on a plan that fits my current lifestyle to reach new PRS within 4- 8 weeks! Once again - I’ll have to change my order @trifecta to accomplish such goal 😁! #hungry
