Happy #internationalyogaday ! . Though most likely quite far from its origins in India, we honored our practice with The Wander Boy twist: still coming together as a collective with good music, cleansing breaths and the magic of that Sedona backdrop but to the beat of our own drum. . It’s called a yoga practice, not yoga perfect. Like everything we do, we do it with love, respect and adoration. To all those out there doing their best at whatever it is they’re attempting: keep giving it your all, with good music and a little magic. And don’t forget to breathe, honey. It’ll all be ok.
