Ayyyyyyyye it’s Day 4 of my 5 Day Watermelon Fast and I’m down 10lbs as of this morning 🍉 Have you ever tried grilled Watermelon before?!? It's actually pretty good. I had some last night. If you’re into ASMR turn the sound up 🔊 to hear what grilling watermelon sounds like lol My thoughts going into Day 4... I can honestly tell that my body is feeling better. Fewer cravings, more peace, less food noise, and more mental clarity! From 11AM to 7PM, watermelon is the only thing hitting my system... and honestly, it’s hitting different! It’s wild how food can cloud or clear your focus.
