favourites of ‘all my friends have deserted’ pt i. this was the first time we ever worked together on tour, in march 2019. i didn’t really know what i was in for, having jumped on the tour only a couple of days beforehand. it was a bit of a “cool, you wanna do it? get on the plane” kind of thing and we didn’t really have time to talk about what dom wanted other than a quick 20 minutes in a van from dublin airport to the venue. in a lot of ways these are some of my favourite live photos that we’ve done. they represent the start of something very special and i think really capture what these size shows felt like. they’re rough and ready, sweaty as hell, and largely imperfect. whether they’re slightly soft or a bit overexposed or an accident, there’s a bit of magic in each of them for a different reason. ‘all my friends have deserted’ available online now and on the yb store. link in bio @accartbooks_ @accartbooksus
