Bonjour Dubai ☀️ Been back for 3 weeks from my twilight zone summer and I am only starting to see the light again. Anyone else feel me?? From the indulgence of food, the chaotic schedules, the mindless spending, the different time zones and temperatures; to being transported back to the NOW ( insert mental image of me as Marty McFly’s back to the future landing in my backyard). Not sure why this year specifically marked me so much. Is it that we got used to a different Rhythm since the lockdowns? I think so. We are navigating in daily fog of information, emotions and actions, when these go on overdrive, our coping mechanism freezes. Well mine at least does! Anyway, this is all to say that it took me 3 weeks to be able to bring myself back to the surface of my life here 😅! I’m back and I’m damn ready for what seems like an exciting 3 months ahead ( but in moderation please! 😂😂). Who’s excited about Fall in DXB???
