Cooking after 9-5: OKONOMIYAKI 🇯🇵🥞 One of my favorite comfort Japanese foods! It always sounded complicated to make at home but I recently got okonomiyaki mix from @Otafuku USA that made it super easy. Basically just follow instructions on the mix + top with protein of choice and bonito flakes (mine are from @Costco Wholesale and HMart)💪🏼 I like using thinly sliced beef or pork.
