With my First Time Session Assessment I’ll analyze your movement and put together a program that is catered to YOU and your specific body needs as well as goals.
I educate my clients on how to master their body movements and understand the human movement system; with that knowledge comes strength, power & confidence.
I am currently accepting new clients both in my San Diego based studio and remotely.
