As we came to the end of a truly game changing year in women’s sport, we reflected on the INMOTION journey to date. Two years ago the three of us caught up as friends facing the pandemic, with more time available and a will to do something meaningful. What united us was a shared experience of the power of moving our bodies. Whether that was the sense of mastery, the beauty in the relief, or critically, the relationships it has allowed us to build - sport and movement have been integral to each of our journeys and shaped our identities today. So we spent the next year chatting daily about our vision of a world where all women could take joy from movement - free from the many societal forces that restrict us. Moving beyond exercise to tell stories to bring joy of movement to more women. Since then, we’ve worked with some INCREDIBLE people to tell stories to bring the joy of movement to more women. Launching the @lionesses squad for the Euros, breaking WSL attendance records, and much more, it’s been 2 years we’d never have imagined and we have grown so much.
