This is when you want to add gold. The client in this video has fine hair so I added gold to her formula. The extra gold will balance the extra violet that will be absorbed by the porous hair and you will be left with a brighter level 10 result. ✨ Medium hair: depending on how it lifts you may be able to tone accordingly without adding gold to your formula ✨ Coarse hair: is stronger and may need more of a neutral tone rather than gold.
