TOOK ME A WHILE but finally posting some snippets from my set at @hoer.berlin ❄️🫦 I also uploaded to my soundcloud link in my stories/bio 🐺🤍 i wanna say thank @rs_latinamerica for giving me the opportunity to play in berlin 🤍 really felt at home with all of you and the ppl that showed up for the club night 🤍 this past month a lot happened for me and I wanna take a moment to really appreciate the artists and producers that have inspired me throughout this journey. Allowing me to connect to my inner world through sound 🤍 forever grateful for ur art Sets like this one want to be an homage to the ppl that have an influence on me and shaped me, producers pioneers like @pv666y @c0rred0r @syntrovert @abssys @l_v_z_y @aggromance @elplvybxy @muakk.xoxo @rattlesnakke @laza @m1ssjay__ missjay and many more. I have realised that in Europe there has been a cultural reset in terms of embracing sudaca rhythms into club spaces. People consume more raggaeton perreo guaracha etc I just think it’s suuuuper important to remember that these genres have been groundbreakingly shaping what we consider club music, these genres have been revolutionary period. These are the rhythms that shaped my childhood and I can remember very snobbish reactions around these music genres, let’s not forget who the blueprint is tho. Check who’s producing ur fav pop artists and who’s behind the repertoire of the djs u like <3 if ur a music lover don’t forgettttt to do ur research <3 quería tomarme un momento para agradecer a lxs artistas que siguen inspirando mis sets y dirección como artista. Cuando armé este set elegí varios tracks que me acompañaron en los últimos meses, y quería tocar un set que fuera homenaje a todas las personas que influyeron en mi camino como dj. Tmb Me he dado cuenta que acá en las europas ahora se consume mucho más raggaeton, perreo, guaracha y en general ritmos sudacas. hubo un cultural reset, pero es muyyy importante recordar que estos géneros siempre fueron radicales y revolucionarios para muchxs antes de que fuera pop. Mi infancia fue dominada por estos ritmos y en varias ocasiones se percibía un gran prejuicio hacia estos géneros Que no se le olvideeee :p
