She is super sweet and mellow and just enjoys her comfy accommodations. This cutie is only 5 years old and is on her 2nd stint at the shelter. She was found as a stray in February, adopted in April and returned due to landlord issues. Notes indicate that she loves the company of humans - like a lot. She definitely needs socialization with dogs, because she just prefers to be with people. Sounds like she hasn’t been around a lot of dogs so she doesn’t know how to interact with them. Ruthie has been there for so long now and deserves a good home and family. She will love you to pieces. She is available now!
