The Salt River is one of our most valuable resources and plays a vital role in the production of our #bourbons - from fermentation to distillation and the cooling processes. This week, our team came together to remove debris from the riverbank as an annual effort to maintain the quality of the #Kentucky Salt River. Together, we removed 600lbs of debris.
