Of course you do😍 Find our latest GBC Kitchen Exclusive Recipe right here ⬇️ Make sure to save this one! @foodstories Apple Crumble Cake with Maple Custard Serves 8 Ingredients: Crumb topping 325g of all purpose flour 225g of butter, melted 1 tsp of ground cinnamon Pinch salt 100g of granulated sugar 175g of dark brown sugar

For the cake 1 large Bramley apple, peeled, cored and diced 2 eggs 130g self raising flour 130g butter, softened 130g golden caster sugar 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla paste Splash milk 
To serve 500g of custard 3 tablespoons of maple syrup Method:
Preheat the oven to 170oC fan Combine the apple with a splash of water in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, until the apple has softened Beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time Add the vanilla, flour, milk and a pinch of salt and combine Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and top with the apples, then the crumble Transfer to the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean 
When ready to serve, gently heat the custard with the maple syrup, and serve poured over each slice
