Hated every second of this workout.
Felt tired, sore & unmotivated.
But I finished it nevertheless.
The only reason why I kept pushing was the fact that I’m working towards another PR to receive a crazy dopamine spike in exchange.
This time I also created a recovery program to help me get back in the gym quicker after each workout. This specific program includes daily ice baths, 2 servings @perfectamino post workout, daily infrared sauna and weekly massages.
I’m excited to see how far I can push my body this time!
