SEEN/WORE/DONE NO. 75 We finally made it to Sobakatsu and got in line at 11:30AM for the first seating. Totally worth the wait. The tempura batter was light and delicious, and the soba noodles were cooked perfectly—like true pasta al dente. I highly recommend the cold noodle set if you want to really experience the flavor of soba. After that, we stopped by @stuffbyluxe to pick up a Mid-century Modern Angry Woman painting. That's what they called it, but honestly, I just love her. She's perfect.
